Introduction and Definitions

Account Registration and Management

Each individual may operate only one account. Registration and operation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep all information provided at registration accurate and up to date. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• No additional processing fee applies to deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

444cv offers new members a welcome bonus of up to 150% on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x), meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• A user may not use the same bonus more than once.
• A maximum bet limit may apply while a bonus is active.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses for fraudulent purposes will result in immediate account closure.
• If misuse of bonus funds or a breach of conditions is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

444cv has four VIP levels: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%; Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%; and Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%. By remaining regularly active, users can progress to higher VIP levels over time. The detailed conditions of VIP benefits are subject to change and 444cv reserves the right to revise them at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error occurs during the bet confirmation process. In the event of a technical error, 444cv reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake.

6.2 Special Rules for Cricket Betting

• Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 and ICC international matches is subject to the applicable rules.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is returned.
• Activities related to match-fixing or any other dishonest means are strictly prohibited.
• Results of matches shortened or altered due to rain will be determined in accordance with international standards.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

10.1 Closure by User
